AL BARON Travel & Tourism is a travel agency based in Al-Abbasiya, Basra, Iraq. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +964 773 5 333 000, through the contact page, or at our Basra office.
The forms on this website (the contact form and the trip planner) ask for details such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your travel dates or message. When you press send, this information is composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device and sent to our team through WhatsApp. This website does not save your form entries in any database of its own.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. Our team keeps your correspondence so we can plan and manage your trip.
To arrange flights, hotels, visas, insurance or other services you request, we may need copies of documents such as passports, photographs and supporting papers. We use them only to deliver the service, and we share them only with the providers who need them for your booking, such as airlines, hotels, embassies and consulates, or insurers.
We keep booking records for as long as they are needed to manage your trip and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we dispose of them.
We measure how the website is used with privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics that do not identify you personally.
